Seven students from the Wild Code School were selected by NASA to participate and lead a revolutionary mission to Mars. Three students will embark on a newly constructed high-technology spacecraft and four students will lead the assignment from the Mission Control Center in Bordeaux. The students will first undergo intense training lasting several months, including demanding physical evaluations. Additionally, during that time, the prospect of potential sites to be explored during the mission will be done using NASA’s Perseverance rover. An Open Day will take place at the Mission Control Center in Bordeaux on October 16th, where visitors will discover all the novel technologies related to the expedition. Stay tuned for more updates. Students tricked by their school

This Friday, September 28, Bordeaux Wild Code School played a "holy joke" to the 60 new students coming to learn tech jobs. As part of the 2022 Back-to-School Challenge and based on a certain amount of personal data, the Wild Code School revealed their learning profile and predicted their start of career, deliberately marked "success" or "failure". The pot of roses was only revealed at the end of the day. The goal: to make students aware that their personal data can be used for good or bad purposes.

Macron says goodbye to the cravate

The French president Emmanuel Macron after the recent reelection gained a significant amount of extra confidence in his competences. Inspired by Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s style, he announced he was ditching the cravate and trying out a more laid back approach. In one of recent interviews, he mentioned that he believed such move was necessary so that the French citizens would feel closer to their leader. The new portrait of Macron (see picture above) will be replacing the current boring one in town halls around France in the upcoming weeks.
